YOU ARE A REGISTERED PATIENT

The visit for the periodical examination takes place by APPOINTMENT only!

For the medical examination you need to address to the reception of the out-patient's clinic OncoMed, where, based on your ID, the medical record will be searched.

At each medical examination you need to provide the following documents:

1. ID;
2. Insurance certificate:
- copy of the pension certificate (not older than 3 month)

OR

- certificate of being employed, with the CJAS certification
- student certificate
- unemployment certificate
- disposition certificate
- certificate of receiving social support from the municipality
