The first consultation

The medical consultation is only made based on an APPOINTMENT!

When you come to a consultation for the first time, you can address to the staff from the Reception of the out-patient's clinic OncoMed, where the patient's record is issued.


The documents needed for issuing your record (according to the legislation):

1. Identity card;
2. Reference from the family physician / speciality doctor;
3. Copy of the investigations made so far;
4. Proof of insurance:
- pension certificate
OR

- certificate of being employed, with the CJAS certification
- student certificate
- unemployment certificate
- disposition certificate
- certificate of receiving social support from the municipality

The doctor you have an appointment at will make your first medical consultation, based on the medical record that has been issued at the reception. The consultation allows us find out more about your health condition, and based on these findings you will be programmed for the later tests, which will lead to a first diagnosis.

Depending on the results of the tests it will be established if it is necessary for you to have any kind of treatment and if so, what kind of treatment you need. Once your medical record is ready, you will be informed that this record contains all the information regarding your health an that these data are confidential.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS:

1. If a patient does not provide the above indicated documents, he may have a consultation with a fee of 30 RON / consultation, ONLY AFTER the consent of the requested doctor, depending of his availability within the scheduled appointments.
2. The medical record may also be filled in by the family, but only in situations, in which the patient cannot be moved and the above indicated conditions are met.
